Refund PolicyThese terms apply to all advertising provided to any person (a 'Customer') by Parenting Australia Digital Pty Ltd ABN 36 134 199 107 or any of its subsidiaries (all of which are referred to as 'Parenting Australia Digital Pty Ltd'). Parenting Australia Digital Pty Ltd will use its reasonable endeavors to publish advertising submitted by Customers ('Advertising') in the format submitted by the Customer and in accordance with the placement instructions of the Customer 'Advertising' which includes images submitted for publication. Parenting Australia Digital Pty Ltd follows a resolution process that must be exhausted before any refunds are issued. Any refund applications will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of the company management. |
