Why Do Kids Need To Be Active?




Being active is fun and healthy, and whatever activity your kids are doing they are sure to enjoy it. Kids love being active (especially with you), which is great for their growth and development.

Getting kids active early sets the foundations for good habits through out their lives and provides the following benefits -

  • Maintain and develop flexibility.
  • Help achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness.
  • Help relaxation.

  • They make friends through sporting activities
  • Improve self-esteem.
