Mine was to make myself practice art every day - I have commited myself to doing a sketch a day and posting them on facebook so my family and friends can egg me on!

I'm going a bit deeper and looking at meaningful activities with my kids such as doing a new sport together, with my son: golf and daughter rock climbing.
I'm also doing a community based program with them, we are now researching this.

I didn't make a New Year's Resolution but given this topic I have started to think about it. I will start mine a little late! Mine is to not be wasteful and put in some hard work saving. We are going to be building a new house in 12 months and I could be going on maternity leave mid year so saving some $ would be a good thing.
