Hi All-

Still fairly new to Brisbane (with a 1 yr old and 3 yr old) but in a bit of a rut here and it's too expensive to move. Can any of you Brisbane folk out there remind me of all the wonderful things about Brisbane/Queensland? Doesn't have be particular places or even particularly child-oriented things, just some reasons you all like it here so much and that'll be a nice reminder of why we came in the first place.

Thanks!

Hiya,

Where are you originally from?

I have recently returned to Brisbane, my home, from the UK. And i sometimes struggle with it. But the weather is great, the people are laid back, it's cheaper than a lot of other states, it's close to the beach and the country. There's a fair few things to do with kids, i have a 2 year old boy, and being able to play outside most of the year round is really important.

Anyway, if you ever need a chat, i'm here.

Hi Laura

What suburb are you living in?

I love the parks, shops with activities for kids, great choice of fresh foods.
