Advertiser Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of payment the following process will be undertaken by Parenting Australia Digital Pty Ltd.

1. Parenting Australia Digital will issue and transmit a receipt.


2. The advertising paid will be deemed as confirmed.


3. Advertiser will be added to Parenting Australia’s database to receive enews and advertiser updates
   (Advertiser may opt out at any time)


4. Artwork specifications and deadline will be given to the advertiser


5. The advertiser will be required to submit artwork as per specification on or before the due deadline


6. Advertising will be placed by Parenting Australia Digital Pty Ltd in the publication selected by the advertiser.


7. The publication will be published and transmitted digitally.


8. The advertiser will be sent a copy of the publication


9. 30 days after transmission Parenting Australia Digital will provide a report to the advertiser.


10. 45 days after transmission the advertisers account manager from Parenting Australia will make a follow up service call to the advertiser.
